All gift certificates awarded will be from participating independent businesses. Once the 150 FREE General Public Memberships is met I will then donate $1.00 for each new membership to a listed charitiy at your choosing.

After “Free” purchase of the membership card it is up to the independent business where the transaction is taking place to monitor and enforce all state and federal laws. IndependentBusinessClub.com, LLC is not responsible for unlawful acts while a member is making purchases with a membership card.  Discounts per business are subject to change. IndependentBusinessClub.com, LLC is not responsible for negligence regarding the discounts being offered, but we do want to know about them.  The purchaser of the card must be at least 18 years of age or older.  If any other person or persons other than the card holder which is listed on the card attempts to use the discount, it is up the discretion of IndependentBusinessClub.com, LLC to revoke the card without reimbursement.  If the card is lost or stolen it is not the responsibility of IndependentBusinessClub.com, LLC and a $10.00 replacement fee will be applied.  
On referral payouts:  $1.00 ($5.00 increments) in FREE gift certificates for every General Public Member that you refer and joins(Applies after the free 250 memberships). 
$20.00 ($10.00 increments) in FREE gift certificates for every independent business that you refer and joins.  There will only be one referral awarded per independent business (Applies after the free 250 memberships). Your name must be entered at time of referral sign up to be rewarded, General Public and/or Independent Biz.  All gift certificates will be from participating independent businesses
